Endo
Technology, health-update and refill-status coordination by text. Ask which step is pending and who owns it.
Endo provides GLP-1 care coordination by text for adults in supported U.S. locations. New patients and people already receiving GLP-1 treatment elsewhere can ask about starting care. Messaging is $0; clinical services and medication are separate. Licensed clinicians decide whether to prescribe, and independent pharmacies dispense. Start with a service question, then confirm the intake steps and full costs.
The prescription program serves adults aged 18 and older in 46 U.S. states and Washington, DC. It is not offered in Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi or New Jersey. Treatment still depends on medical history, clinician assessment and pharmacy availability.
People can start by text and proceed through intake and payment when applicable. If you already have a provider, ask about the new evaluation before assuming your care has moved. The same medication, dose or pharmacy is not guaranteed.

Clinicians through MD Integrations evaluate your information and make prescribing decisions. A request or payment is not approval.
Partners include PerfectRx and Epiq Scripts. Confirm the pharmacy handling your order. Dispensing, shipment and delivery are separate stages.

Endo messaging is $0. It is not an all-inclusive treatment price.
Medication and clinical services are charged separately, with applicable costs disclosed before purchase. Endo does not publish a separate treatment price list. Ask for the full quote, ongoing charges and cancellation/refund conditions before paying. Do not assume insurance coverage, no membership charge or savings.

Prepare for a change →Texting does not guarantee a prescription, continued dose, insurance approval or delivery date. A new care inquiry is not an urgent refill rescue service. For questions about missed doses, side effects or changing treatment, contact your prescriber.
Some prescribed treatments may be compounded. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Read FDA’s guidance.
Do not assume either from this guide. Ask Endo which payment arrangements and administrative services apply before purchase. A clinician's prescribing decision and an insurer's coverage decision are separate. This page does not establish that Endo handles your appeal or guarantees coverage.
Ask for the exact care arrangement and charges. Endo's messaging price does not establish whether a separate clinical arrangement includes membership or recurring fees. Confirm those terms in the written quote.

Use a legitimate prescribing and pharmacy process. FDA advises obtaining a prescription from a doctor and using a state-licensed pharmacy. An Endo text starts a service inquiry; it does not replace clinical assessment.
A clinician needs to assess your health history, other medicines, potential benefits and risks. NIDDK describes medication selection as a decision between the patient and health care professional. This site does not choose a treatment for you.
No. A compounded medicine is not the FDA-approved branded product. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Ask your prescriber and pharmacy to identify the exact prescribed product and explain why it is being considered.
