Which online GLP-1 program
fits what you need?

The best online GLP-1 program for you depends on the care you need, service availability, what the offer includes and the commitment required. Compare 11 services below using their published terms. Separate clinician access from medication, and an introductory offer from ongoing obligations. Endo is included with the same limitations disclosed. This is a commercial comparison published by Endo, not an independent ranking or a medical recommendation.

Use the same questions for every option

Care

Who evaluates and prescribes? What follow-up and messaging are included? Is response time stated or just “access”?

Medication and pharmacy

What exact product and quantity are quoted? Is it FDA-approved or compounded? Which pharmacy dispenses, and who handles an unresolved refill?

Commitment

What is due upfront and at renewal? Is the period a calendar month or 28 days? Are visits, labs, shipping and medication included?

For pharmacy safety, use FDA BeSafeRx. For compounded GLP-1 considerations, see FDA’s guidance. A price comparison cannot establish treatment suitability.

Start with your situation

Three different decisions. Three useful next steps.

I am starting care

Compare what a service includes, whether it serves your location, and what happens before and after the clinician's decision. A service accepting an inquiry does not establish medical eligibility.

A closer comparison

Ro vs Mochi for GLP-1 care: what actually differs?

Compare the care format and the exact offer, not just the headline fee. Ro describes a membership with provider messaging and medication charged separately. Mochi describes video visits and nutrition support, with plan-dependent coverage and charges. Neither a membership price nor access to a clinician tells you your full treatment cost or guarantees a prescription.

This comparison is published by Endo, another care-coordination service. It uses the two providers' own descriptions, checked October 16, 2026. It is not independent patient testing or a finding that one provides better clinical care.

Ro: membership and medication are distinct

Ro's pricing page describes one-to-one provider messaging, check-ins, coaching and insurance-navigation support as membership services. Medication is excluded from the membership fee. Monthly and prepaid annual terms differ.

Before deciding: Ask for the medication quote alongside the care fee, the amount due today, renewal terms and the available visit format. Messaging access is not evidence of a particular response time.

Ro pricing and membership FAQ

Mochi: video care and plan-specific terms

Mochi describes an initial video visit, follow-up video care and nutrition support. Its FAQ distinguishes membership options and says coverage varies across membership, medication and other services.

Before deciding: Confirm the exact plan, visit and nutrition services, medication charge, any diagnostic charges and what insurance has actually approved. Published descriptions are not a personalized coverage determination.

Use the difference to choose your next question

If you want a lower total

Get two written offers for the same treatment and period. A care fee versus a medication bundle is not a like-for-like comparison. Keep unspecified components unknown.

Compare the written commitments →

If you want more support

Ask both services which visit formats, follow-ups and care contacts your plan includes. Ask who handles unresolved pharmacy questions. The descriptions above do not establish response performance.

If you already use one service

Confirm the next evaluation, current renewal deadline and any order already in progress. A new signup does not cancel the old service or complete a clinical handoff.

Could Endo be another option?

If text-based care coordination is what you are looking for, review Endo's supported locations, clinician and pharmacy roles, and intake steps. Endo's full treatment cost requires a quote; this comparison does not establish that it is cheaper, faster or clinically better than either service.

Compare the actual plan

Ro vs Noom for GLP-1 care: is medication included?

Ro charges its care membership separately from medication. Noom has different programs: its Telehealth for Branded Meds subscription excludes medication, while selected GLP-1Rx offers list medication, clinical care and the digital program together. Compare the specific program and medication, not the brand's lowest advertised fee.

Endo publishes this commercial comparison using the providers' own descriptions, checked October 16, 2026. These are service descriptions, not independent testing or a clinical recommendation.

Ro Body membership

Membership covers provider support, check-ins and insurance-navigation services. Medication is a separate charge. Ro offers different prepaid periods, so a monthly equivalent is not necessarily the amount charged today.

Noom Telehealth for Branded Meds

This program combines clinical care and Noom Weight. The branded medication is paid for separately. Noom describes chat-based clinical care, with scheduled calls required in some versions, plus care coordination and coaching.

Noom branded-medication program details

Noom medication-included offers

Noom's pricing page lists selected GLP-1Rx offers that include medication, clinical care and its digital program. The page also says medication inclusion depends on the selected plan. An included-medication offer should not be assumed to contain the same product as a branded-medication quote.

Get in writing: the medication identity, what is included after the initial offer, total payment due and ongoing billing period.

Noom program-specific inclusions and footnotes

Make the two offers comparable before choosing

  1. Name both exact programs. Write down the plan and medication shown in each offer. A brand name alone is not enough.
  2. Separate care from medication. Mark each component included, separately quoted or unknown. Do not fill an unknown with zero.
  3. Match the period and commitment. Keep an initial supply, calendar month and prepaid quarter distinct. Ask what renews and when.
  4. Choose the care format you need. Confirm visit access, messaging, coaching and pharmacy-question support. Published access does not establish a response-time guarantee.

Where Endo fits in this decision

If you want care coordinated by text, check Endo's supported locations and clinician/pharmacy roles before requesting a quote. Endo's total cost is not established by this comparison. No claim is made that it beats either service on price, outcomes or response speed.

Questions behind the search

How to choose an online GLP-1 program

Does membership include medication?

Not necessarily. The cited Ro, LifeMD and WeightWatchers offers separate medication from the care program. Henry describes plans that bundle medication with visits and supplies. The exact offer matters more than the company name.

Check each offer and its original source →

Is a monthly headline the amount due today?

Not always. Some published monthly equivalents require a longer commitment or prepayment. Compare the payment period, amount due now, renewal and cancellation terms. An unknown component must stay unknown.

Use the written-offer worksheet →

What can I establish about Endo before contacting it?

Endo's service facts explain supported locations, text-based coordination, clinician and pharmacy roles, and costs that still require a quote. Messaging availability is not a response-time or prescription guarantee.

Read Endo's service facts →

Where Endo fits in this comparison

Endo offers text-based care coordination, with licensed clinician evaluation and independent pharmacy dispensing. Messaging is $0, but clinical services and medication are separate. There is no separate public treatment price list, so a total-price comparison requires a quote. We cannot claim Endo is cheapest, faster, or clinically better from the information on this page.

The program serves adults in 46 states and DC, excluding AK, LA, MS and NJ. Ask about treatment availability, costs and the clinician/pharmacy process before deciding.

Have two offers in front of you?

Ask each service for an itemized quote for the same period and treatment. If an item is unknown, leave it unknown. An advertised price does not tell you whether the service is clinically appropriate.
