Changing your GLP-1 provider?
Start with what needs to change.

To switch GLP-1 providers, confirm the new evaluation and care handoff, check your current billing and medication-order commitments, and request records through the channel your care team specifies. Cancelling a subscription does not transfer care or guarantee a refund. Use the provider-specific policy checks below before making a change. Endo accepts inquiries from existing GLP-1 patients, but a clinician independently assesses treatment; your prescription or dose does not automatically continue.

Records before a provider change

What records should I get before changing GLP-1 providers?

Ask your receiving clinician which records are needed. Useful starting points are your prescription and pharmacy record, treatment notes and dose history, existing lab results, and any relevant coverage decisions. Keep the original dates and labels. Ask the current medical practice who holds your chart and how to request a copy. Sending records does not establish that a new clinician has reviewed them or agreed to continue treatment.

Match each record to the team that holds it

Prescription and dispensing record

Ask your prescriber or dispensing pharmacy for the existing prescription or dispensing history. Keep the original product name, strength or concentration, directions, pharmacy and dates together. Do not reconstruct a dose from a product nickname or an old syringe marking.

FDA has reported errors involving different concentrations and dose measurements in compounded semaglutide. Read FDA's dosing-error alert. Your clinician or pharmacist must explain medication instructions.

Clinical notes and existing results

Ask the medical practice about visit summaries, documented treatment changes, relevant side-effect notes and existing lab reports requested by the receiving clinician. Keep dates on results. This guide does not specify a required test panel, acceptable lab age or treatment eligibility.

Coverage documents, if relevant

Ask your insurer or current care team for copies of relevant approval, denial or appeal documents already on file. Ask the receiving service what it needs. A copy of an old decision does not confirm current coverage or that Endo provides prior-authorization services.

Billing and open-order confirmations

Keep the current service's renewal and cancellation confirmation separate from the clinical record. Ask which existing orders remain open. A billing receipt does not demonstrate that a prescription was received, dispensed or shipped.

Separate billing, orders and care · Check the refill stage

Find the record holder before sending a request

The subscription brand, medical practice and pharmacy can be different organizations. Ask the current service: “Which medical practice holds my clinical record, and what is its records-request process?” Use the record holder's stated process. For Endo's own division of responsibilities, see clinician and pharmacy roles; this guide does not identify who holds another service's records.

HHS explains that people generally have access to medical and billing records held by HIPAA-covered providers and health plans, with exceptions. Its guidance also distinguishes access to your own copy from sharing between providers. HHS: Your Medical Records. Coverage, exceptions and the request process matter; this is not a promise of immediate delivery or a legal determination about a particular company.

A request you can adapt in the record holder's channel

I am arranging a review with another clinician and would like a copy of my existing treatment records. Please tell me your required request and identity-verification process. I would like the relevant visit summaries, prescription history and existing test results for the period I specify through your process. Please explain how I can receive the records, whether there is a copying fee, and how to check the request's status.

This is a starting message, not a completed authorization form. Add identifying information only through the record holder's designated channel. There is no records upload or personal-information field on this page.

Confirm receipt, review and next steps separately

  1. Requested: the record holder acknowledged the request. This is not proof of delivery.
  2. Received: the receiving practice confirmed the documents arrived. Ask whether anything is missing.
  3. Reviewed: the clinician completed the evaluation and communicated the decision. Receipt alone does not mean acceptance or prescribing.
  4. Next step confirmed: ask who is responsible for any remaining clinical, pharmacy or billing action. Keep unresolved items in the handoff record.

If a dose is approaching or treatment has been interrupted, contact your current prescriber for instructions while records are pending. This administrative guide does not set a restart dose, preserve a prescription or guarantee uninterrupted supply.

Considering Endo? Check supported locations and care roles, then ask about intake and the approved channel for records. The receiving clinician decides what is required and whether treatment is appropriate.

A provider change and a pharmacy change are different

You want a different care team

Ask what a new evaluation involves, which records are required, who will communicate the decision and what charges apply. A previous prescription does not establish approval by the new clinician.

You want a different pharmacy

Ask your existing prescriber and the receiving pharmacy whether they can handle the change. The exact prescription, pharmacy capabilities and service arrangement matter. You may not need to change your clinician.

Endo’s intake and clinical roles: service facts. For online pharmacy safety checks, see FDA BeSafeRx. This guide does not determine whether a particular prescription can be transferred.

Changing services, not just subscriptions

Before you cancel a GLP-1 program, separate three decisions.

Stopping future membership charges, resolving an existing medication order, and arranging a new clinician are different tasks. A cancellation confirmation does not establish that the next service has accepted your care.

1. Future billing

Find the renewal date, cancellation cutoff and any remaining commitment. Ask which subscriptions or payment arrangements the confirmation covers.

2. Orders already in progress

Ask whether an order has been reviewed, dispensed or shipped, and which refund or cancellation terms apply at that stage. A request is not a confirmed cancellation or refund.

3. Care during the change

Confirm who answers treatment questions while the new evaluation is pending. Ask the current prescriber about treatment instructions; a billing decision does not determine a medication schedule.

Check the published provider terms below, then use the handoff questions and copyable question list. If the issue is only pharmacy fulfillment, first ask your current team whether changing clinicians is necessary.

Switching from Ro, Mochi, Henry or Found?

These are selected official-policy summaries checked October 16, 2026, not a ranking or a finding that one service is easier to leave. Endo publishes this guide and also offers care coordination. Your enrollment agreement, plan and order status may change the answer. No refund eligibility is determined here.

Ro: check renewal timing and care access

Ro Body terms say to cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next membership charge. They describe cancellation through the account's Program Details page or support, with membership services continuing through the paid billing cycle.

Ask: Which date does my membership end, what happens to a pending medication order, and who handles care questions after that date?

Ro terms: Ro Body membership cancellation

Mochi: distinguish medication sales from membership

Mochi's published refund page says prescription sales are final and directs patients to contact the team about suspected filling errors. That page does not establish the membership cancellation deadline or whether separate recurring arrangements end together.

Ask: Which membership and medication payments are active, which cancellation steps apply to each, and can you confirm their end dates in writing?

Mochi refund policy

Henry: check a multi-month balance

Henry's FAQ says multi-month plans may require payment of the remaining balance when cancelled. Its refund policy describes a possible medical-discontinuation exception subject to documentation and clinical review; it is not an automatic refund.

Ask: Is there a remaining commitment, which charges remain after cancellation, and which policy applies to my order's current stage?

Found: match the terms to your enrollment date

The linked offer terms apply to eligible new members joining on or after August 28, 2025; earlier members keep their original terms unless notified otherwise. They describe non-refundable renewals and recommend cancelling or pausing at least 48 hours before renewal. Initial membership refunds have separate conditions.

Ask: Which dated offer terms govern my plan, what is my next renewal date, and what happens to paid services and pending medication when it ends?

Keep confirmations, not assumptions

A transition record you can use with either care team

Keep this record privately in your own notes. No records or account details are requested on this page.

Current service

  • Applicable plan and dated terms
  • Next renewal and cancellation cutoff
  • What was cancelled, effective date and written confirmation
  • Pending order stage and unresolved charges
  • How to obtain records and contact the care team

Prospective service

  • Location and existing-patient intake confirmed
  • Required records and approved intake channel
  • Charges before review and if no prescription is issued
  • Clinical decision communicated, rather than assumed
  • Pharmacy and refill contact confirmed if prescribed

Have two written offers? Compare upfront and recurring commitments. If a service has not answered a question, keep it marked unresolved.

Know who needs to answer

A switch needs an explicit handoff.

A signup, payment or records request does not by itself confirm that a new clinician has accepted responsibility, issued a prescription or arranged a refill. Use these questions before treating the transition as complete.

01 · New service

Confirm the review and costs.

  • Do you assess people already receiving treatment in my state?
  • Which records do you require, and what approved channel should I use?
  • What is charged before a clinical decision, at renewal, and if treatment is not prescribed?
  • Who communicates the decision and next steps?
02 · Current care team

Clarify the transition.

  • How do I request the records the new clinician needs?
  • Who should I contact about treatment questions while the new review is pending?
  • What are my cancellation, renewal and outstanding-charge terms?
03 · Prescriber and pharmacy

Confirm the actual stage.

  • Which pharmacy is handling the prescription, if one is issued?
  • Has the prescription been received, or is another step still pending?
  • Who handles processing or shipment questions, and what remains unconfirmed?

If your next dose is approaching or treatment has been interrupted, ask your current prescriber for instructions. This worksheet does not decide when to stop, restart or change a dose, and it cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply.

Considering Endo?

Start with a text asking about changing providers. Endo can explain its intake and care-coordination steps. Messaging is $0; clinical services and medication are separate. Adults in supported locations may request care; prescribing remains a clinician’s decision.

Can I switch because my GLP-1 program costs too much?

You can ask a prospective service about evaluating you, but changing providers does not guarantee a lower total or continuation of your prescription. Compare the written new quote with any remaining commitment and pending order at your current service. Confirm the clinical handoff before treating the change as complete.
